• RENT:
  Be sure to make payment for your rental unit.

• LATE FEE:
  Rent is late if payment is made after the 3rd day of the month. The late payment fee is $50 until the 10th of the month and then it's $50 plus $10 per day starting on the 10th until both rent and the late fee are paid in full. If you wish to pay your late fee after the 10th of the month online contact management.

• PAY RENT:
  By selecting the Pay Now button to the left you will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment gateway to process your payment.

• CONFIRMATION:
  You will receive payment confirmation after your payment is made.
